You will get a consultation with our nursing professionals and should expect a 2 hours long meeting where we go over all corresponding needs, desires, and problems. We will use our process to assess the patient's and families needs and preferences to develop a personalized care plan. This can start the same day as our consultation and can look exactly how your family needs.
